I will try to write my feelings for this story here, but in reality I don't have words good enough to tell you what a magnificent story it is. It is filled with so much emotion and passion i.e. fear, desires, hope, anger, just to name a few. The first book in the series was filled with dark passion and love, that it was actually painful to read what the characters were going through. In book two we find salvation and great love. In this, book 3, we find what the previous destruction of souls and lives has caused the three main characters and how fate will not let them go. We learn surprising information and I love the way the author gathers characters from her other stories helping you to view events from all angles. The ending brings, to me anyway, great joy and hope. Although each book can be read as a stand alone, reading the others brings this world into sharper detail and enhances the pleasure of reading the fantastic story. I highly recommend this book to all lovers of the world of shifters, of magic and sensual love. Grab it know, read it, and I truly believe that you can only rate it a wonderful 5 stars. First off, this is not your regular "stepbrother" story. It has a solid, makes sense background story; one filled with regrets, loss, lies, and always remembered desire of what you think you shouldn't want. Their guilt makes them angry at each other, and all their bottled up hidden feelings are hard to live with. The author is going pure scifi in this one, no paranormal, no romance. We have a great world builder here and who knows a possible future of mankind. There are androids made for everything you can think of. But androids are not always as they seem for there is evil behind missing humans; humans that are remade for a variety of duties, from sex to super-hero's. Those in charge think they have it all, control, money, worlds, and all they have to do is wipe out a persons past, add some electronics here and there, moving parts and the most important, control their minds. With help of a family android and a human (hmmm) one of these, a super-hero woman, is rescued and returned to her loving family who have missed her for 10 years. But be sure not to ask her opinion on the matter. Rebellion is on the horizon, along with a possible intergalactic war. What can humans due when their surrounded by mind controlled androids and their evil masters (just had to say that it sounds cool). Well to find out the who, why, and where you'll have to get, read, and don't forget review, this foray into the unknown possibilities of Sci-Fi. A wonderful short story explaining what happens to two time traveling vampires when they meet as planned one hundred years later. They both learn more about their time travels and the consequences actions or non-actions can take; how they are linked. One needs answers of a love he cannot remember. The other gets an inkling of how traveling from the future to the past actually just might be what keeps the future as it should be. This story is a perfect addition to the "Kiss Across Time" series; giving us a few more details to better understand these great characters in their current lives. I absolutely love this series, you never know what the author is going to give us around that proverbial corner, but you know it will be filled with magnificent surprises.

sThis is the author's second book in her "Forbidden Series". This story is in a prison setting in which the male character is a prison counselor; his first job in the prison system. The "heroine" is an inmate that will be out in a few months and is required to see the counselor to prepare for life outside it's walls and hopefully not return. Since their first session she has been having extremely passionate dreams that include him, and he is having trouble not thinking about her in the same way. I don't think I have to tell you where this leads, but I'll give you a hint anyway. It leads to dangerous liaisons in dangerous places. They both know these extreme sexual encounters, if discovered, can destroy his career as well as trouble for her. They know the affair can lead nowhere and if it is discovered that it will end his very promising career. Can their passionate affair be kept secret both in jail and when she's out and will it ever be more than physical. I try not to do spoilers and I think I failed a little here, but you'll have to read to fully understand the danger when they are unable to control the extremes they go to satisfy the hunger they have for each other. Read what occurs both in and out of the prison, if what they have is just physical or can it be more, will he use her as long as he can and put her out of his life to keep his job. I recommend this book to those who enjoy reading of impossible love along with some erotic, sexy loving.

Ann Gimpel's KEEPING FAITH the final book in her GenTech Rebellion series

5 Stars *****The last book in this series and you couldn't have asked for a better ending. This thriller/romance/futuristic story has a terrific storyline in what could easily be a possible future. A Black Ops CIA team for 7 years have been eliminating many of the genetically engineered race of beings they have named "freaks." These freaks rebelled against the scientist that created them and killed many of them and others .Now their only wish is to kill all the humans they can, while the males now keep their own kind (women and children) in the compounds they were once grown and experimented on. We learn from Books 1-4 that an Ops team has rescued and accepted into their ranks 4 women and 2 men from one of the compounds and the series tells the stories of these 6 "freaks" and how they have found life worth living. We see friendships, acceptance and love grow between them and the humans. In this last story the team learns what the remaining thousands of freaks have planned and try desperately to stop them. Meanwhile life goes on; they must learn each others ways, learn to trust, accept that not all on either side will. They will also learn that love, and the passion that goes with it, is possible. The ending of the series is unexpected, climatic and leaves this reader satisfied with how these two races, one born into humanity and the other grown in a test tube, will end. KC Klein's "The Rock Star Cowboy" - Review

DJ fell in love as a teenager but all Brent wanted was to get out of town and become a rock star. He made it, and is back to visit with his best friend, her brother.

Can she keep strong and not let herself fall for him again. He's gorgeous, talented, has it all and is use to women throwing themselves at him. But no matter how hard he try's, she's not falling for it again. They're constant bantering at times is laugh out loud funny, and at other times fills the room with sexual tension.

Both DJ and Brent are afraid of what they're feeling. The running and chasing tells a great story all the way to the end. You'll have to read it to see what happens when Brent once again leaves DJ to go back to his Rock Star life.

If you enjoy romance with humor and sexual tension this book is for you. The author hooks you from beginning to end and I really hope to read about DJ and Brent again.

My Review - ***** Ann Gimpel's "Claiming Charity" 3rd Book in GenTech Rebellion

In this 3rd book of the GenTech Rebellion series, we have Charity, one of the 4 genetically enchanced women previously rescued from their handlers, "The Nameless Ones." These were the genetically enhanced men that turned on their makers killing them and destroying the labs. They kept the women literally as prisoners giving them barely enough to survive. Charity cannot forget or forgive their treatment of her and the other women in her section of the compound, or the many experiments done on her trying to "improve" her. Because of these experiments, Charity is almost lost to death and/or madness, but due to help from two Nameless Ones that escaped and asked from amnesty from the CIA, she lives. But she is torn by her hatred for all those men that kept them imprisoned, so how can she possibly have feelings for one of them. This is the continuation of the Black Ops group trying to find and bring these men down before they can enhance themselves further and destroy mankind. It's also a story of these beings forgiving what they personally had no control over and to learn to be more human and accepting of all that entails. Can they put their past behind them, can they learn to overlook their past and learn to love not only each other but what they are. Will man ever really trust them, even after they've shown over and over again that they are on mankind's side, more to the point can Charity learn and move forward before she destroys herself and others with her hate. VA Dold's Kindle World - Hell Yeah: Race to Tebow Review - *****

This story is one thrilling, suspense filled romance. We have Vegas, mobsters, and an innocent bystander. She does the right thing by giving the law a description of murders she witnessed and those that committed the crimes. She's rushed into the witness protection program where she is watched over by a team of marshals picked to protect her. But the bad guys keep finding the safe houses and trying to kill her. Her protector decides it's best to take matters into his own hands and ditches all help to take her somewhere no one knows of. Now did I mention that this is one no nonsense good looking woman and that the marshal is one honest hunky lawman? No? Well they are, and they are both extremely attracted to one another and before long it isn't just a matter of protecting a witness. I hate doing spoilers, and it may read like I have, but I have to give you "something" to let you know that this is one excitement filled run for your lives story, and what happens in-between everything I've told you will keep you from wanting to put it down once you start reading it. I strongly recommend "Race to Tebow" to all lovers of the romance thriller genre with some humor thrown in.

This is the authors 5th book in her Endurance series, and is by far (to this reader anyway) the most riveting, exciting, surprised filled story with some magnificent characters, and her best work into this world of life on an enclosed space ship traveling from earth to it's new destination 1,000 years away. We have here thousands of people who have never known life on earth and for generations have lived on this "ship" traveling through space. So long that some have forgotten the truth of their beginnings and this has started one of the most dangerous groups among them, "the cavers." Because what many think is a one time dangerous incident, a group of friends gather to hear what happened when one of there own is forced to "save the ship" and what she sees has excited them to discussions. These discussions are mainly brought on by a stranger to their group but not unknown to those who live in this world, and brings them to startling revelations. This starts an on-going learning and teaching experience for them and their leaders, which unfortunately brings dangerous action from the "cavers." I want to say so much more but I do my best not to write spoilers, but to give you the excitement (or not) of how the story makes me feel. And let me tell you that this story makes me gives me such strong feelings of awe, understanding and the ending is nothing short of astounding. If you are a Sci-Fi fan you cannot, must not let this book pass you by much less the entire Endurance series. You can read them individually and they'll still grab you, but I highly recommend you read the series as they were written in order to better understand the centuries these people have lived in this enclosed world and how and why changes occur. I tell you this world the author has given us is amazing and jam packed with excitement and surprises. Go get your copy now, no not just grab, RUN and get it, you won't be sorry.

Review of Ann Gimpel's Winning Glory from her GenTech series

This author never ceases to surprise me; no genre is off limits to her. In this book we have scientist once again tinkering with human DNA to make that super soldier; but when the scientist feel they are not up to their expectations they attempt to destroy them or even worse. The "genetic freaks" turn on their makers, killing them and destroying the labs. Now the CIA black ops are after them and have been losing their own at alarming rates. This is the build up to a unusual meeting and growing attraction between a female "freak" who has escaped from her handlers and through fate runs into the man who ask been seeking and killing her kind. Their story includes running for their lives, learning each other as "humans" not enemies, discovering secrets and what each of them is capable of. I love sci-fi, romance, and thrillers and this exciting story has them all. I don't do spoilers and have only skimmed over the events that I hope will have you want to get this book. There is so much more going on and I for one did not put the book down till I finished it. What do I think? HOT, HOT, HOT. This is the first book in the new series, FORBIDDEN, by Carmen Falcone and if the rest of the series is going to be anything like "Forbidden Virgin," we're in for some passionate, intense, emotional roller coaster rides. The storyline is very different from other "Daddy's Friend" type stories. We have a smart, determined, privileged young woman determined to get what she can't have. On the other end we have a man who has everything, but raised on the wrong side of the track older man, who owes everything to his friend, her father. He knows no matter what she does or how he feels he cannot break the trust the man has in him. I try my best not to do spoilers so this is all your getting from me, just let me state that if you love sexy, hot romance stories with marvelous characters and a terrific storyline, this series is going to be for you. Pick up this first book and be sure to read it alone. Why? So you don't have to explain the moans that will be coming from you as you read it. Yep, it's that hot.

My review of Tracy Cooper-Posey's latest book "Celtic Crossing,"

A magnificent ending to this always surprising, suspenseful and sexy series. War is hell, is what they always say; but war has never been like this. Overpowering odds must be met by vampires, humans and all those that have to win this war or else be subjected to a mad man, Gabriel, with tremendous mental powers. Gabriel, with his twisted mind and body, learns that there is one who has learned how to extend his life and will stop at nothing to capture her. But those protecting her, while doing all they can to turn the tide and win the war, will do all they can to prevent that from happening. Even during this worse of times, love can be found; and as always, this author brings it to us in all its emotional and sensual glory. But let's not forget, as in all wars, there is also great loss and the finding of uncommon strength and courage. I don't to spoilers, but I've tried to give you an outline of what you will find in this story. I will say that this story leads us to a very emotional outcome, and for this reader, a lot of tissues. One hates to see a great series end, but what a great end it is. I highly recommend this to readers who enjoy reading the paranormal, whether it be in adventure, ménage-de-trois love, or even time travel. Oh yes, your going to love it.

Carmen Falcone's Her Heartbreaker Boss now on Sale for $.99

"Her Heartbreaker Boss" concerns Stefano, who at one point was in a home for "wayward" boys. What he learned there by the man who ran it turned boys into men by working them hard and teaching them 12 Rules. This particular story concerns Rule 3: Never leave your woman unsatisfied. I strongly recommend this book to lovers of Contemporary Romance, especially those that include not only romance, but anger, forgiveness, humor, and of course sexy encounters.
